SellerX Commerce is an international e-commerce company headquartered in the start-up metropolis of Berlin.


SellerX Commerce combines successful own brands such as kwmobile, kalibri and Navaris under one roof. As an e-commerce revolutionist, the company made a conscious decision to sell on online marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay: close to the customer, fast, worldwide. The company sells more than 20,000 articles in the areas of accessories for consumer electronics and home & living. More than 7,000,000 customers are supplied every year. Strong upward trend.


In 2012, Jens Wasel and Max Kronberg founded KW-Commerce. With team spirit, assertiveness and discipline, they managed to establish the company at the top of Amazon retailers within a very short time. This rapid development was achieved without external financing and is continuing.

The company now employs over 420 people worldwide.

2012

  • Jens Wasel and Max Kronberg got to know each other while they were still studying and discovered their shared passion for e-commerce.

  • In 2012 the success story of KW-Commerce began with 4 employees in Berlin-Charlottenburg.

  • Launch of the first own brand: kwmobile. With its comprehensive range of products in the field of accessories for consumer electronics, the brand has developed into a real player in the e-commerce marketplace over the years.

  • Amazon and eBay Germany are the first online marketplaces to be connected.

  • In the course of the year, the company successfully enters the French market.

2013

  • Things are looking up: the number of employees triples within the year from 25 to around 75.

  • European and international markets are continuously being developed: The company's worldwide success is shaped by its market entry in Italy, Spain, England and the USA.

2014

  • Growth means advancement: The new head office in Berlin-Mitte is located in the immediate vicinity of Gendarmenmarkt.

  • With the opening of another branch in Dongguan in China's Pearl River Delta, the company is meeting the challenges of global trade and is focusing on future-oriented supply chain management.

  • With 120 employees, KW-Commerce is developing into a medium-sized company with start-up flair.

  • At the other end of the world, the company masters the market entry in Australia and Canada.

2015

  • The signs continue to point to growth: in addition to kwmobile, the second brand kalibri is entering the market. kalibri focuses on premium accessories for consumer electronics with high-quality materials and a high lifestyle value.

  • Asia and North America are being developed: Customers from Japan and Mexico are now among the users of kwmobile and kalibri products.

  • In December 2015, the online magazine Gründerszene named KW-Commerce the fastest growing digital company in Germany.

2016

  • The private label portfolio is supplemented by another brand. Since December 2016, customers have been enjoying Navaris products from the Home & Living area.

  • The branch in Dongguan is being further expanded and is developing into a self-sufficient logistics location.

2017

  • The diversification of our product portfolio is progressing steadily - our range now includes around 30,000 items.

  • Our branch in Dongguan, China is developing into a logistics and sourcing location.

  • The number of employees increases to around 190 at the end of 2017.

  • KW-Commerce wins the finalist award of the entrepreneurial award of the auditing company EY "Entrepreneur Of The Year".

2018

  • Our new Hong Kong office is beginning to take shape.

  • The private label portfolio is expanded to include other products from the hard and soft goods sectors.

  • We master market entries in India and Mexico.

  • The number of employees increases to around 210 at the end of 2018.

2019

  • The new shopping hub opened in Hong Kong earlier this year.

  • In order to have sufficient capacity for the rapid company growth in the warehouse and logistics, a new logistics location is opened in Großbeeren.

2020

  • Our branch in Hong Kong is expanded with an additional location for purchasing and quality. In total, we occupy 4,000 m² of office space and almost 20,000 m² of storage space worldwide.

  • We enter the Dutch and Swedish market.

  • The number of employees will increase to over 330 in 2020.

  • We are growing very strongly again this year, with a growth rate of over 50%.

2021

  • We continue to grow in the double-digit range

  • The number of employees will increase to over 450 in 2021.

  • In December of that year, KW-Commerce GmbH merged with SellerX to form the SellerX Group.
