Our company sells the contract goods itself as a marketplace distributor via international online sales platforms. The sale of our products takes place in a commercial sector exclusively with the following reservation:

KW-Commerce GmbH sells the contractual goods via online sales platforms to the local customers and reserves the right to sell them itself directly and exclusively there. Selling via online sales platforms where KW-Commerce GmbH is active is forbidden because of this restriction. Therefore, you are not entitled to a compensation. In the event of violation of this provision, the rights owner is entitled to delete possible offers.

You are also obliged to agree to this reservation in the case of a commercial resale to business partners.

The resale restriction refers to the following international online marketplaces: Amazon, Otto, eBay, Bol, CDiscount, Allegro, Kaufland

Once the order process is complete, you are specifically agreeing with this restriction agreement.
