General topics

Registration as a customer is of course free of charge for all companies, there are no hidden costs or commissions.

SellerX Commerce Wholesale Europe is the online business customer store of SellerX Commerce GmbH and offers independent retailers all items of the assortment for B2B customers. Listed are currently about 25,000 items with stock in one of our three warehouses.

Our customers range from start-ups and small retailers to the largest online stores in Europe.

This store is intended exclusively for business customers, public institutions and small businesses. In order to be able to store in the store and to see the offer prices and also to be able to buy, it is necessary to open a customer account. As soon as we have checked this registration and verified you will receive an invitation and then you have registered for the first time, you will be able to access the wholesale prices and of course then place an order.

To do this, simply enter your VAT number via the following link Business customer registration. Then enter your business data and a short time later you will receive an invitation to our store.

We supply most countries in Europe with our logistics partners. The countries listed below are permanently supplied:

We only need the current data to be replaced and the new information.

If you would like to use a different e-mail address for sending invoices or shipping information, please use our Contact Form.

We will be happy to store these e-mail addresses in our connected systems.

Please use the forgotten password function on the following page: Forgot password?

You will then receive a message to the e-mail address you have entered and can directly set a new password.

You can adjust some data directly in your customer account and at the latest with the next order most address data will be asked again.

To change the mail address, please contact us by e-mail or by using the contact form. We need only the current data to be replaced and the new information.

To confirm the data change you will receive a confirmation email afterwards.

 

Prices and discounts

Por el momento, ofrecemos los siguientes dos métodos de pago:

  • Purchase in advance: Basically for all new customers. You will receive a separate mail with payment information after the order.

    • You decide whether you want to transfer the amount or transfer it via Paypal.
  • Purchase on account: For long-term existing customers. We will ship the goods according to the agreed terms.

    • If this form of payment has been selected without our consent, we reserve the right to adjust the method.

We grant discounts exclusively to existing customers, these are calculated according to the previous year's sales. We will send the corresponding information to the respective customers in the course of December.

If you need a larger quantity of an article (>100 pcs.), please contact us briefly, stating the article number and the required quantity.

Shipping

  • Germany: Usually GLS or DPD is used for shipping within Germany. 

  •  

    Switzerland, Slovakia and Denmark: To these countries we normally ship with DPD.

  •  

    European Union: For all other countries within the European community of states we use the services of FedEx.

  •  

    Great Britain: Shipments are usually sent with FedEx in exceptional cases with DHL.

These are calculated according to the weight of the ordered items, the calculation is done directly by Shopify in the last step of the order.  

If an item is not available and the total weight falls into a lower weight class, we will of course lower the shipping costs.

Sold out articles

Items are displayed as sold out as soon as they are no longer available in our European warehouse - in Großbeeren (near Berlin).

However, most items are still available in our main warehouse and only have a longer delivery time. The respective stock level is shown broken down on the product page.

We distinguish between air and sea freight.

  • For air freight items, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery, depending on the quantity requested.
  • Please ask us directly for the delivery time of sea freight articles. Mostly goods are already on their way to Europe.

Bulk orders

  • We are working on providing you with an upload option for xsml and csv files. Due to the high number of SKUs (Stock Keeping Unit) this is unfortunately not directly possible with the currently available options in Shopify.

  •  

    Until it is, you can find a Bulk Order App at Bulk Order Form. You can easily order up to 150 different items at the same time. If you want to order a larger number of different items, we recommend a second order.

Returns and claims

Normally we do not offer return of ordered items.

If you have received the wrong goods or if you find that you have ordered the wrong item, please contact us via the contact form.

If you have received wrong items, please send us an email to sales@kw-commerce.de with details of the items you have received and pictures of these items.

Depending on the payment method, the credits are paid out or offset directly against open invoices.

A payout can take up to 5 business days within Germany and up to 7 business days within the EU.

Newsletter

You will receive a maximum of two newsletters a month, including an email in which we present our new items and the best-selling items of the previous month.

In addition, during the year there are three promotions to which we also offer discounts, these include

Last but not least, you will of course be kept up to date with all the latest news at SellerX.

If two mails a month are too much, you can easily unsubscribe by using the unsubscribe link in every message we send. Or simply in the account.

In teoria è possibile anche un modello di dropshipping attraverso il negozio. Tuttavia, le spese di spedizione vengono addebitate per ogni ordine.
